Practice on Saturday with racing on Sunday.

Midweek practice and supermoto school dates will be announced in early 2009.

408 Racing is handling the operations of all races and practices. Shannonville Motorsport Park is working hard to put on a very professional series. Transponders will be used. This will give us accurate scoring and lap times. We have been given the use of more than 100 transponders. The new dirt section is in and the entire circuit is being designed to FIM standards.

Is this something totally new or not? There were sm running at shanny last year.. or was that as part of some open class?

this is a completely different series, it has NOTHING to do with the existing race program run by R.A.C.E. at shannonville.

That was simply roadracing on a supermoto bike.

This will run on a newly built course, separate from the roadracing tracks.

Are they using that new asphalt pad that was recently laid down?

yes, a portion of the track will be on the new skidpad.
