11b need help

Hi i need some help. Can someone explain to me how i file for chap 11b? I got the transcripts (3 copies) so that everyone can see that the delay wasnt my fault, what do i do now?

Also do i have to present case laws with respect to ot6her cases that were delayed and dismissed?

I filed 4 for my last one.
1) Attorney General of Canada
2) Attorney General of Ontario
3) Prosecutor
4) Courthouse

Look up the addresses of the 1st 2 on the sticky section or the magma fyst website.
**NB** You have to file the 11B minimum 15 days prior to your court date

I think it's in the sticky - if you do 11b and aren't successful then I don't think you can take a plea bargain, you have to go through the hearing.

ticket is ********, made 3 requests for disclosure so far and still haven't gotten it. even if it fails i can win cause the evidence is very weak
