I'm about to pick up a blank frame for my 03 GSXR 750 and I want to make sure I pick up the right one. I know that the 750 and 600 frames are not the same. Are there any particular structural and/or dimensional differences beween the 00-03 750 and the 01-03 600 that make them unique? Or what should I be looking for to make sure that I pick up a 750 frame?

If you are buying a blank (i.e. brand new - that's the only way this is possible) frame and will be having your VIN transferred over onto it (which is the normal procedure), why not just make sure the new blank frame has the correct part number for your bike??
Not sure if this helps, but!
From this manual:
From this manual:
The 2 front upper motor mounts are about 1/2" off in location compared to each other....The 750 motor will not line up in a 600 frame and vise versa....They are so similar looking that you cant tell simply by looking at them....Your going to have to find some numbers on it, and cross reference to make sure its 600 or 750....
