The Brit. He's got so much more enthusiasm than any of the others.Even Shwantz. He sounds like he just woke up after a nap.

Sounds like your talking about Randy Mammola. Either way, whether you meant Randy, Toby or Julian (Eurosport commentators), it's too bad that we'll never hear them commentate on MotoGP Eurosport again! They were the best IMO.

Thanks guys.

that really bugs me as i just got into motoGP seriously this year. it's like having a character changeup in the middle of your favorite series, it just doesn't play out well with fans.

    who will carry motogp now?
    Current:
    2006 GSX-R 600
SOAR #46. Please don't hurt the FNG lol

They're trying to get with a network that will broadcast more globally for more exposure which will ultimately be good for the sport I hope. Although I do agree that a change like that is gonna suck for a while till we get used to new commentators. For now BBC will be covering all the MotoGP for 2009. Unfortunately, BBC I believe does not broadcast 125 or 250, so unless they increase their coverage to include those classes next year, that's gonna be something else we lose.

ah ok, BBC picked it up.
no real beef there, BBC programming tends to be pretty high quality, i'm sure i'll enjoy it. I'm just glad that CBS didn't pick it up (yes it would be good for the sport, but man did you see how they butchered the F1 broadcast?)
