Loud Bang

so i turned on the 08 250r this morning, and it made a loud crack or snap or "FWWWHHHAAP" noise from the left side... So i shut it off, turned back on and it was fine...idled perfect, rode perfect to work, no odd smells or any other strange noises...!!! wtf?

it sounded like:
a stone hitting your car's windshield on the higway...not a shatter, just the smack of the stone on glass...

everything seems fine, any suggestions?

or maybe im just crazy and it was a noise from elsewhere on my street that happened at the exact same time as i turned the bike on...lol

ive been riding since, no problems or strange ****...

i guess ill just ignore it lol

Do you store it outside. Might be a critter storing nuts. !! Seen it happen before.
