If a company can come up with a winter version...enclosed T-Rex with snow tires or something...I'd consider it! Maybe not exactly the above "bike" but something!
I only need 1 seat and heat for my winter beater...

Nothing wrong with that at all. Imagine how little congestion there would be if more people started riding aroung like that.
"The Christian god can easily be pictured as virtually the same god as the many ancient gods of past civilizations. The Christian god is a three headed monster; cruel, vengeful and capricious. If one wishes to know more of this raging, three headed beast-like god, one only needs to look at the caliber of people who say they serve him. They are always of two classes: fools and hypocrites."

Interesting, but not really new. It combines the BMW C1 cage (has been around for a while, even has a seat belt and windshield wiper) with Piaggio MP3 front wheel setup.

This brings us onto the vexed issue of crash helmet legislation. The C1 was designed to be ridden without a crash helmet, and what little evidence there is suggests that -- again, provided you're belted in -- wearing a crash helment will increase the risk of injury, rather than decreasing it. The reality is that most C1 riders don't wear crash helments and, since Peter Parker's court case, the police seem to have lost enthusiasm for prosecuting them.

Indeed, most riders I saw on them in Paris did not wear helmets or any protective clothing.
