Great opportunity for a deserving Canadian. Give'em hell.

Too bad you feel that way. I think he is a very down to earth and not assuming at all. Started racing in VRRA on an old CBX250 back in the day. Doesnt come from money and managed to get to a high level. Always liked talking to him. Actually known his dad Bob longer than him.
I've met him a couple times too, definitely didnt get any "punk vibe" from him.
I havent talked with Jordan much, but I know "of" him a bit.
Theres just people like that sometimes.
Considering his success and opportunities, hes doin ok I guess, it comes with the territory.
Crevier is my kinda Canadian, hes one of a kind, and has done Canada proud.

Just want to add that we never really talked to him until Shubie, we did the whole Canadian Series and I think he sort of watched us as others were, at Shubie he came over and talked to Jodi and I for 15 minutes, told Jodi how good he was riding and told him not to rush his career and to have fun, It felt good to hear these comments from a pro rider, also talked with one of the mechanics from the team he rode with, they were at the Red Bull tryout last week with his son, they were very impressed with the way the whole weekend went with Jordan. I think he is a watcher kind of guy as many of the guys at the top seem to be.
Just my take on my encouters with him.
I may get in trouble with Gary for this, but words that Bob Szoke spoke to me years back come to mind (Bob is a racer from a long time ago). While watching Jordan ride the wheels off a CBX250, Bob turned and said, "Don't tell Jordan this, but he's a helluva lot faster than I ever was!"
Congrats Jodi ... and congrats Gary for giving him the opportunity!
I would love to be able to ride like him, I rode his "B" bike at the Max Mercier day, I came in and told Jodi how fast it was, he said you got to run it up in the rev's more, back out I go, look down when I shift and I am at 10.500, thing rev's to 16,500, so I come back in and he says pin it to 15,000 then shift and it will be at 16,000 by the time you shift, so i try it, front wheel off the ground, heading for corner 2, hard on the brakes back wheel off the ground, I literally had a hard time keeping it on two wheels, said to self how the @#$% does he ride this thing like he does, I have amazing respect for him, aside from the fact he is my son, he rides very well, he showed well at Barber, and of course I suck, I can not even BS my way into thinking I could go half as fast, I always sucked but I must say some of the best times in my life were at Shannonville riding around thinking I was sort of fast. Never as fast as you two for sure
