Best route to Bruce Peninsula?

I'm heading up to the Bruce for the weekend. There internet is full of info on great rides once you're up there... but nothing on the best route to get there.

I'm sure you've all got opinions, so let's hear 'em. I'd like to get to Owen Sound in 4 hours, so I guess dirt roads are out I'm thinking maybe North to Wasaga Beach, then West along the coast? Or perhaps just the 10 the whole way? But I don't know the area at all...

If you take that route and take the time to go out of your way to do Hockley Valley Rd, then you should try to use Mono Centre Road to come back to Hwy 10. IT is much more interesting than Airport Rd and Hwy 89.
