FOR ALL OF YOU THAT WANT TO GO FROM US TO CANADA (ST.JOHN NB. ACROSS AND UP)

DO NOT TAKE HWY 2. OR STATE ROAD NUMBER 2 OR HOWEVER THEY CALL IT. ITS LOW SPEED LIMITS (25/35/45) AND HIGH NUMBER OF LOCAL POLICE MAKE IT NO FUN.

Well, I think I like US Highway 2.
I have ridden a lot of it, from Thief River Falls Minnesota to St. Ignace Michigan where it breaks, then from New York State to Maine. I have even ridden it west from Spokane Washington, and it is equally beautiful there.
Of course its prettiest spots are in the U.P., but New Englanders may disagree.
Speed is not the thing on this highway; it is scenic and entertaining. If you want speed, take an Interstate Highway. That will be safer for you and for me, and more effective for you.
"Stay at least one standard deviation away from everybody else."
I took this highway to the east coast in May. I saw no cops, and there was only a small section of construction. Must have been lucky.
