Because he was being an ***** hat flying through traffic, in which he could have easily killed or serious hurt someone else. Im glad he totaled his bike because he does not deserve to ride if he insists on doing it that way. One more dumb punk off the road. Go to the TRACK!!!
If it were up to me to decide what he "deserved" I would see to it that he never rode again.

very low, usually its the rider that bites it, iv only heard of one or 2 where the biker killed a cager in Ontario
Thank God for many of us that you're not the judge :P Mind you that is exactly how I feel about all the ****ers who are hogging the passing lane while doing speed limit... They should never drive/ride againGood for them that it's not up to me...
