Ride was great. lots of twisties, one mishap, couple new roads...some better than others. to top it off, we thought Daryl(bigd600rr) was dead, but thankfully he wasn't, just lost!

I cant think of a better way to spend a sunday.

    Calabogie next Sunday? anyone? anyone?

Wow what a ****en ordeal! I called for CAA @ 2:41PM they arrived at 8:35PM - I was bored out of my mind and the bugs were eating me alive. Fun Fun!

I just got home now @ 11:30PM, the bike should be at my place for 2am.

Update on the victim’s status: He's now back home and won't be ridding for a little while, broken shoulder and collarbone.

Nice of you to take care of that for him...
    Good stuff Dave.

Why so long for CAA? That's a crazy long wait time!

They had no local flatbeds working and of the two they could find one was too scared to transport a bike cause he's a newb and doesn't know 1+1 , and the other was in Saint-Catherine’s. So guess which one I got? The S.C. guy... That just about raps up why it took so long.

These guys are retarded busy, they just picked up a new flatbed two weeks ago and he's already got over 10,000kms on it. That's a whole lotta $$$$$$$$.

Now I’ve got to make my way over to the hospital for a blood transfusion to replace the 3L the mosquitoes stole from me.

Great Job, nice of you to stick it out. How could you have known theyd be that long I think if it'd been me I'd have rode the bike somewhere safe and left it for the night.

Sorry to see you on the side of the road like that Dave but nice call on waiting for the Tow, hope He's doing well "needed Lee with the Ninjabago" to cary it on the rear!
Nice to pass the pack in the opposite direction, man was I hung over. I had a great time on some wicked roads with a great leader.

Ever hear of the "Express Toy Transit" ? it's an older dude that runs a nice pick up service with a closed trailer back to Toronto from anywhere and he uses CAA cards as payment?
He alone who owns the youth, gains the future.....

Correction... the cops were called on a group of 12 riders, obviously not us, we had 15... which slowly dwindled down to 9 in Washago...

Thank god I woke up and wasn't too hung over to make it...

Express toy transit "AKA Motolimo" unfortunately does not use CAA for payment.

Here's his email response to that very question:
    Thanks for the inquiry
Not true - Just a rumor
At one point I understand CAA would allow you to choose who you wanted to tow your bike and they would reimburse.
But they changed there policy some months ago I think.
You now have to call CAA first and if they are not able to provide the service you require you can make other arrangements but that doesn’t happen often as there service is usually pretty good.
I believe that to be their current policy.
I’m assuming you are a CAA member so give us a call if you require transport for any other reason other than a break down.
    We would appreciate you business.

    Regards:
    Rod Rashleigh
