If someone said that to me i'd get out because that sounds like a logical thing, for me to go see the proof. but not to cops. so she gets out and he orders her back in, but because he had to say it twice, he is now ordering her out and placing her under arrest. IMO if a cop was acting this erratically i'd be wary of listening to any other orders he has. LOL the cop even said he is charging her with disorerly conduct because when she got out of the car she was blocking traffic? she was pressed up against the driver door opening. meanwhile when he took her down he took her down into the middle of the street where a car could easily have ran he over if he stayed in the opposite lane. If this is not a case of blatant abuse by a cop i dont know what is.
It's pure childishness. How dare we question authority, after all they know best.

For the trouble she has to go through, she should have just cut through the chase and punched him in his idiot mouth.

People, remember one thing: You don't question the charge at the side of the road. All that's going to do, is get you some trouble.

You should expect to be treated as a person though.

Too bad you pull the same crap over and over. Tell the whole story about the 72 year old grandmother, not just the readers digest version you think is the whole story.
And what you would do if it was your grandmother is exactly what you did in this case.

What is he leaving out regarding the story about the 72 year old woman being tazered?

If that's the one I think he's talking about, she was tased because she got out of her vehicle on the side of a busy high speed highway and was posing a safety risk both to herself and the cop. The choices would have been between zapping her or manhandling a fragile old lady, so that wouldn't have been a bad application of the taser i.m.o.
There were several other examples in this thread that were more appropriate when it comes to proving the point.

I fail to see how tazering "a fagile old lady" is any better than grabbing her by the wrist/arm and pulling/pushing her away from traffic... assuming that is the reason she was tazered.

Look it up on youtube.. I have no problems with speaking out against the cops when it's warranted, but in this case the zapping looked justified.

I have to assume from that display of adulthood that you somehow think I am a cop. Your ignorance is showing, again. It does nothing to your credibility. Were you not on here years ago under a different name? The tone of you post reminds me of a moron that used to post that hatred crap a few years ago.
To repeat, I am not, nor never was a cop. Try again.

Re: So the Tased another one to death....

The scary part is that while they're saying that they're restricting taser use, they're actually loosening up the pre-existing restrictions
Under the old policy, RCMP officers were required to issue a warning, where feasible: "Police, stop or you will be hit with 50,000 volts of electricity." There's no such obligation under the new policy.

Under the old policy use was sharply limited. "Unless situational factors dictate otherwise, do not cycle the CEW (Conducted Energy Weapon) repeatedly, nor more than 15-20 seconds at a time against a subject." That, too, has been scrapped. The new policy merely advises that multiple or continuous stunning "may be hazardous to a subject."

Finally while the new policy says the guns are "not intended as a restraint device," there's no prohibition on using them to subdue unruly suspects who don't pose a serious threat to the police or public.

Well they have that covered, it's all part of the plan:

In a written response, RCMP commissioner William Elliott said that the RCMP have already taken "concrete action in relation to the death of Mr. Dziekanski and the events leading up to and following that terrible event."
Change the restrictions so now the Dudley Do-Rights aren't breaking them, a classic Canuckistan solution!
Well that and making cell phone confiscation (and embarrassing photo/video deletion) part of crime scene SOP.

Nope, but in your book that makes all cops bad apparently. Can you see the difference yet?

In your book, everyone who points out what one bad cop does hates all cops, so I don't see a difference in attitudes.
