How about WWW.wingnutty.ca for a whole bunch of routes around Toronto, all mapped in detail.
I like exploring within 2 hours of the GTA. My bike is a Honda Silverwing 600 maxi-scooter... all automatic cuz I'm lazy and shiftless. My website is an ongoing personal project, which includes ride routes/maps all around the GTA. All routes are tested. All are paved. Surf over to www.wingnutty.ca for details.

    Hockley Valley

North of Brampton between Hwy 10 and Airport Road.

Beautiful scenery and good surface. Plenty of sweeping bends.

motorcycleroads.us is seriously awesome. We need an equivalent up here for our (albeit meager number, in comparison) ridable roads, in a format similar to theirs, with a google maps interface and a comments section. Who's good with webdesign?
With less than six months' riding experience, on my first bike -- a 600 cc, 110 BHP crotch rocket -- I rode 21,569 km around North America solo in 2011: ridermike.blogspot.com
Don't let anyone tell you it can't be done, because I am living proof otherwise.

You can create your own ride blogs with gps logs, photos, and trip stories easily enough at http://www.everytrail.com/browse.php...activity_id=21

Or you can just browse those done up by others to see where they went, download their gps trip maps, etc.

Everytrail also has direct plug-ins to Google Earth, so you can view your rides or other's on Google Earth.

If I may add one without too much self promotion

    http://windingquest.com
    Ontario Motorcyle Roads

Each road has a youtube video, pictures, small description and a direct map showing the segment filmed.
