Aren't city HOV lanes (diamond Lanes) bylaw infractions & not provincial infractions. Meaning no points for offenses.

Pure speculation on my part, but if it was a by-law, would it not be the responsibility of a municipal law enforcement agency (people who issue excessive noise tickets, etc...)? If that's the case, you cannot get pulled over and ticketed by them, since they do not have the authority.Originally Posted by tat2
