Highlight the text you want bold, then click the B under the fonts box, or if you're trying to type in bold judt click the B and start typing.
where is the fonts box? i don't see it.

Youy need to change your edit optons. go to user CP click on edit options, scroll down to message editor interface and in the drop down box change it to enhanced interface.

Or you can just use the html format while you're typing because using the mousing a clicking all over the screen can be a pitfa!.

I think we've all been there!! Another quick way to bold is to press Ctrl+B, this toggles the B on or off making it much quicker to type.

This is a very neat feature that a lot of other forums don't have. Plus if you use word (or any other text editor that is not Notepad) you are probably used to using Ctrl+B to bold your text.
or use [b] and then the same with a slash [/ b] (minus the space)
