A very odd response given it was a re-broadcast of a public weather warning that required attention of anyone possibly riding in these areas overnight giving a heads up that the pavement could get icy.

Whatever, I just try to help others play safe when the pavement gets cold.

I'll remember your comments during the next tornado warning.

well maybe you should talk about bikes on a bike forum... not plants.

and BTW... the mods agreed with me that this post has NOTHING to do with bikes, that's why they moved it.

I did...which is why I said "riders"....the plants were only a plug in for those who actually have anything sensitive that needed to be brought in. The mod(s) made their decision...and thats their call. I dont have to agree with it, but its their call nonetheless.

Do I need to justify this further? No, however, BTW, I played a small part in getting Environment Canada's "frost advisories" to be re-mapped as all-out freeze warnings in Ontario because it constituted a threat to life and property, albeit on a much smaller scale than tornado or severe thunderstorm. So now people are actually alerted via media, web and Weatheradio Canada properly that freezing temperatures are imminent or ocurring and that yes, people should protect sensitive plants OR, not take out the motorcycle, OR, if you are on your motorcycle, use extreme caution so you dont go flying into a guardrail or some drainage ditch...

Somewhere out there someone appreciated what I did by letting them know...Im not sure why you are giving me grief about it, but if you think the mods siding with you makes you feel special, well there's nothing much I can do about it...how did your plants fair last night?
