I didn't make it...got my new pipe on Fri...but too late to get it welded. I broke my temporary pipe fitting it though, so I had to bail.

I'll hopefully make it down this Sat.

    Re: Batavia

    Great day on sat,

it rained a bit in the morning, we were on track about 10am

I went down with the wife and Doug Beattie, Multi-time Canadian Supermoto and Dirt track Champ.

I've got the americans covered on their track, but I can't keep him in site for more than half a lap.

He's riding the new fuel injected RMZ-450. The bike is just so much better than Any carb bike I've ridden.

The Batavia Track is by far the best supermoto track I've ridden to date, the Asphalt has lots of elevation changes, with banked corners, drop offs and a long up hill front straight. TONS of traction, we were dragging footpegs, backing the bikes into corners in the rain.

The dirt section has large, hard packed berms in all corners, with multiple line selection possible, 3 large tabletops, 2 whoop sections and really good transitions from pavement to dirt and back

I'm heading back Saturday, if anyone wants to tag along.

    Re: Batavia

This track is so cool! I had a great time. Elevation changes, banked turns... dirt.. ok I left my balls back on the pavement when I went on the dirt and I didn't go back to it, but it looked like a fun place from far away.

I'm definetly going back this weekend.
