How to check the computer?

So some idiot tried to jump my bike and put the plugs on the wrong way, so I thought it was just the battery so I got a new battery got it charged up and biek still won't turn on, I'm about to check the fuses, but I wanted to know how or where I would go to get the computer checked. I live In Scarborough Brimley and Ellesmere, thnx for the help
