Due to the forecasted rain this weekend we regret to inform you that we have decided to cancel the motorcycle lapping at

Toronto Motorsports Park this Saturday May 3rd and Sunday May 4th.

Rain? Since when is a track day canceled because of rain? Riding in the rain is a lot of fun and great practise for when you get caught out there on the street.

I think it had a lot to do with the fact that not many people signed up, the riders would like a little more assurance that this season is not going to be like last, and what is TMP doing to justify the price increase?

That seems to be the case. Not cool to cancel just because the track isn't going to sell out and make a boat load of money. Cancelling at the last minute like that is another indication that TMP is only about the money. I guess that's expected by now though, lol

there is a simple fix though, in the future go elsewhere for track days, go to track days that are run by people that know what they are doing, that way you have no chance of getting ripped off/ shafted at the last minute.

yeah, I agree, that's not cool. Cayuga has the advantage that they can run a ton of days, so yes you could put your money towards the next one, but that policy of canceling at the last minute should be well explained before you lay down your cash.
