Motorcyclist, 75, hit by limo

Police are searching for the driver of a limousine after a 75-year-old motorcyclist was struck on Avenue Rd. this morning
Traffic was halted between Hillhurst Blvd. and St. Clements Ave. after the man, who was travelling south on Avenue Rd. around 9:30 a.m., was struck by a vehicle travelling west on Briar Hill Rd.
The victim was thrown 40 to 50 ft. off his motorcycle, said Staff Sgt. Dan Nealon.
Police are searching for the driver of the limo after it failed to remain at the scene of the collision.
The vehicle is described as a black limo with the licence plate of AFKM 736.
Police at 53 Division ask anyone with information to contact them immediately.


Hope the rider will be ok....if you see the limo call it in.

The cops have the plate number. They'll find the driver ...

Assuming they want to find him. If the driver was transporting a real bigshot, the plates will get changed, the dents will be fixed and the whole incident will be swept under the rug.
The cops could have easily found out who was driving the limo.. The plates are enough to find the registered owner. If it's a business, they can easily look it up in their logs.
