!!HELP!! Missing Battery Bolt...Can it be replaced?

Pulled the Battery out of my R6 to charge it and did not realize that there was a rectangular nut holding the connecting wire & bolt in place.

During the process of removing the battery I lost one of these rectangular bolts and due to the design of the batter I am not even able to replace the rectangular bolt with a standard hexagonal nut.

Does anyone know where I could find a rectangular nut, like the one I lost or any I gonna have to replace my battery for one little custom designed piece!!!

HELP!!!!

grind down a regular bolt to fit in the space.

go to any bike shop, ask for battery bolts, they will have a ton of them, if not, go to the back and ask a mechanic/ he will have them!!

You know it's rectangular, is it kind of oval? Maybe convex is the better word.

Well, it was not the bolt that I was missing but the nut.

WAS.....because I retraced my steps from my condo to the garage and I found it

The question still remains though, if I or anyone else lose the kinda nut that I have on my battery, it would be hell to replace.

I got tons of them here, just look in an old battery

You can buy them if need be, but that's like buying valve caps

I think our "screwed". That piece comes with the whole harness!!!!! Its like $270 bucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I hope you can you whittle alluminum???????????????
