Can you please tell me why different State Farm agents are telling me different things about "park insurance (fire/theft)" during the winter months???

I can't tell you why anyone would say different but State Farm quotes a yearly rate and then shuffles money around to even the payments. In theory, other companies could charge you different rates per month and then the winter rate would pretty much be the same as a park rate but instead they ask for the whole year up front.
