08 ninja250 owners

Im looking for an insurance company to insure my 08 kawasaki ninja 250r
I am 19 with g2m2 clean record finished driving school.

So please state your age, how much you pay for 1 yr just 1mil liability, and which m license. and which company/broker helped you.

oh yeah, this is targeting all of you who have gotten the new 250r ninja

i have a 96 250. Check out jevco and kingsway with a preference towards jevco. On my second year with jevco i'm paying only 850 or some bogusly low number like that a year.

stats: 21 g2, g1 no tickets.

i heard from the kingsway broker that with the 250 it doesn't matter what year bike you have, so check out jevco. Kingsway was 1500 first year, jevco will prolly be similar for the first year then go down alot.

jevco won't take you if you're a newb, you'll pretty much have to go with kingsway, I'm guessing you will be around 2000 + 350 for fire/theft for first year.

for your second year, you can then switch to jevco, and you'll be looking at around 1200 + 350 for fire/theft

Jerry will probably tell you similar numbers, these are just my guesses based on my own and my close friend's experience, you could be way different

I'm with State Farm. I have G and M2, I'm 22 and I pay $1000 a year liability only with my '07 250.

That's pretty sweet. I'm 24/f, clean driving record, G since I was 18, have 2 vehicles insured with SF, house insurance as well. I want a Honda Shadow 600 ... from what I've read, SF goes by cc ... new rider, going for my M2 in April.

Yea, they dont care what kind it is...if its under 600cc...they're dirt cheap.
I got a quote of $95 a month for a 08 Gixxer600...i'll stick with my 250! i spend more money on Timmy's than my insurance!

I've been quoted $711/yr full coverage. Male/34/1 accident/1 ticket. State farm would have been cheaper >$500 yr if I didn't have the accident on my record, but c'est la vie.
