Iam getting a blue suzuki bandit 650s 02' from my uncle
the thing is, the bike is under my uncles name(ownership). is there anyway we could make it a duel ownership or something like that so i dont have to ride under his insurance?

I think you could get away with being on his policy if you live in the same house.
as for the reading / writing thing, Some people have learning disabilities, but if your posting online, you could try using a spell check before posting.
First off, the insurance has to be in the name of the registered owner. In order to purchase any type of insurance the onus is on you to prove you have an "insurable interest" in the item being insured.
Legally if something happens to your "uncle's" bike you have lost nothing. There is no financial implication to you. So you can not insure a bike belonging to him. Likewise I can not insure someone else's home, or a life that I have no interest in.
