With all parts and labour and taxes, it cost $560 (like $515 before taxes). That's at $30/hr, but it may go up $5 in the future, if I understood it right. All told, it was a 50/50 split on parts/fluids and labour. It took a bit under 2 weeks but Ken understood that I was in no rush to get the Fizzer back, so it didn't rate high on the list of priorities. He picked it up and dropped it off.
