New on the road , new on the blog

Hello Fellow Motorcycle Enthusiats,

Last year I got my M2 and my first motorcycle, and old 1989 Suzuki Katana GSX 750 F, I spent most of last summer practicing what I learn in my safety trainning and got to know my bike much better, although is an old bike, still is a nice piece of machinery, still got power on it.

Nevertheless, I'm not a young guy, I'm 41 and I have family to look after, so is not my intend to go out and see how fast can I go nor to dare myself to perform a mile long wheelie. I bought this bike because I was always fond of bikes and I find riding a very liberating and personal experience.

For now, until I become more experienced I'm avoiding the highways and I stick with the backroads which by the way are great, I'm not in a rush to get anywhere faster than anybody especially not heaven, at least not yet

I joined this forums because I'd like to learn from other's experience and I'm also looking for partners to ride around. I find riding all by myself a great experience but it'll be nice to have companion to explore new winding routes.

So if you are a newbee or a experience rider who's looking for a casual partner to go ride around the backroads or even in the city don't hesitate to let me know..by the way, as long as is dry and not extremely cold, winter is not a factor that will keep me off the road.
