hey guys and girls
just wondering how do i file for this and what are the requirement?? my court date is coming up in about 1 1/2 month; this took 15 month so i am in the clear to file for one?
Yes you have a good case as long as you haven't been the cause of any delays. i.e. you haven't asked for an extension or such.
Read on the sticky about what to do when you get a ticket.... it goes over how to file for an 11b. Basically you have to send some paper work before your court date... then say you are motioning for an 11b during the court date.

Don't rely on 11b though. Make sure that you have a backup plan, in case your motion is denied.
