new rider coming out of the shadows

Good afternoon! I’m a new rider since September ’07, but I’ve been lurking around the forum for some time.
I’m a 36 yr old geezer from Milton who has loved motorcycles since I can remember. I owned one for about 15 minutes back in ’93 or so, until I got busted riding with no license or insurance. My then pregnant wife was none too pleased about the $500 fine (a little more now I bet!) and so I put it on the backburner.
This year we went to Myrtle Beach during bike week and I got bit by the bug again, and got up the courage to broach the subject for the first time in years. I guess she’s forgiven me for using our life’s saving’s so many years ago…
Currently I’m riding an ’07 Suzuki GS500 (the naked one) and enjoying every minute of it. Legally this time!
Correction , – I haven’t ridden it since Nov. 25th.
Next bike? I'm leaning Street Tripleor Speed Triple.
