Car driving being a dick or not, the bike was following to close. We all hate when cars follow us too closely so why risk doing it to anyone else. If the rider left enough room, he would have had lots of time to react.

I agree. Playing chicken on a motorcycle is not smart.
I would have said thanks for not running me over and God bless.

It's true that the bike was following too close, but the car made a deliberate stop with the sole intent to cause an accident. Therefor, the car is at fault, not the bike.

first off it it was me as soon as he put hs hands on me lights out, so it wouldnt have gone that far but ill have to say the biker is a dumb newb that was wayyy to close, he's lucky the car did drive off cause insurance would have found the motorcyclist guilty for following to close...

There's no such defense as "made a deliberate stop". Biker is 100% in the wrong here... Until the car drove off... then it's a hit and run. All he has to do is drive off to a safe location and call the cops. Tell them that a bike rear-end him but he was afraid of him. Biker charged and nothing for the car.

Under Bill 203 "brake testing" is considered stunting.

Guy looked like a "Weekend Warrior" to me.

I have a hard time feeling sorry for him after he was obviously tailgating.

    Red face Re: Road Rage

biker or not, can't believe he chickened out from a good road side brawl...who cares if you get your *** kicked, you'll feel a whole lot better afterwards than just walking away...who knows what transpired as to how the two of them ended trading paddy slaps...bah, biker was a ****** for trying to play kiss the bumper with car, he'll never learn...i would have helped him get his bike up and such, but you can forget it if im gonna feel pity for the fool...
