"Excited Delirium" - A Catch All??

Seems that it is not Medical in nature, but forensic... and used mostly in cases where a person has died while in custody. It used to be coined "Custody Death".

This article has good points from both sides. Good to see that there is real debate happening over the issue.

But the term “excited delirium” is not formally recognized by the World Health Organization nor the American Medical Association as an actual psychological or medical condition.
I personally find it funny how the "pro tazer" side keeps brining out the "Armchair Tactics" term as a defense of their point. It's completely irrelivant, and an easy out. Now there is a way for the masses to express their views, and they don't like it, plain and simple.

Remember, if you don't subject the "Controlling Authority" to your "Authorization"... they will simply become the "Controller".

Lots of time and money being spend to ensure the status quo.

The Taser Corp even has setup an "Institute" that helps their cause... lol.
The Institute for the Prevention of In-Custody Deaths does not publicize its link to Taser International officials. Mr. Brave is listed as a mere "adjunct faculty" member on the institute's website.
