It was generally considered to fall under the heading of "operation of a vehicle without due care and attention", though a "dangerous operation" charge was considered if it resulted in a collision and injury.

When I do a wheelie, I tend to use due care & attention so I don't crash or hit somethin....

Don't think that would wash in court however....

Sorry, I just find that it's funny that doing a whellie intentionally & without crashing tends to require a little more skill & attention then riding down the road per normal.

Last time I checked, you only crash when you're on 2 wheels!! And yes, when you do wheelies you tend to do them with due care and attention!
