where to install a trailer hitch?

Does anyone know where i can install a trailer hitch on my 99 civic, i think i just need a class 1 for a bike rack.

Are you looking to buy a hitch? I've got one from a '96 coupe that I'll let you have cheap. I installed it myself (sans wiring), so that means practically anyone should be able to install it also if you just need it for a bike rack. LMK.

At the back of the car, under the bumper. The ball is meant to point up.

if your just going to use it for bikes you can get a cheap one from Canadian tire that mounts to your bumpershocks (from underneath) and 1 bolt thru the bottom of the trunk. DIY I pulled a utility trailer fully loaded with one of them they work fine for small stuff
