1057 Charged in 1st month

Well my court is in july of 2008 so we`ll see what happens but till then i can hope cop dies, goes on vacation, somehow charges get dropped, i move outta country or God blesses me and makes them forgive me but until then ill be riding and riding and go to the track ...

Charged in Oct/Nov and court date in July? How did you get so lucky? Mine, as I understand is the case with most others, was within a month of the charge.
(...or have you already done the pre-trial hearing and the *actual* court date is July?)
