Cheap welder needed for the cage

Big doors and strong winds do not mix. The wind blew the door on my cage way beyond the point its' designed to open to and tore the mounts; not right off, but enough that they'd need a quick weld to get'em back to where they're supposed to be. Is there anyone in the GTA who could take care of this for me without me having to go to a body shop and spending big bucks for 2 straight 2" welds?

There doesn't seem to be a deformation, just vertical cracks. I'll just have to remove the white rubbery gunk covering the area before I get it done. In any case thanks for the pointers gentlemen.
