    Changing Coolant k4 gsxr 600

Dumb question. I had water in the rad so all I did was pull the bottom hose out and let it drain out (cold).

I noticed that there was some left in the reserve. I also have yet to put fuel stabilizer and change the oil. I didnt have time to fool around so I was just thinking what would happen if I start the bike as is? would the rad suck the reserve out? Would the oil be heated properly to drain? Can I kill all the birds with one stone?

it would take 5 minutes of running to get the oil hot.
that would likely cause engine damage if running without water.

Put water in, run bike, change oil, drain water

As for the resivoir - pull the hose off the bottom of it to drain

you need to pull off the hose at the bottom on the left side of the engine (thermostat) to get the water out of the engine
