Idles Real Low and then Dies

The last time I was out riding was Thursday evening during in the rain. I wanted to take her out today as I was out of town on the weekend.

When I started her up and she idled real low (approx 500 rpm) and then died within 20 seconds. I hit the throttle and she died.

Any Idea? Waterlogged?

I'm not technical but wouldn't you adjust the idle up and then it will stop stalling?

There are 3 things:
1. Clean canal
2. Water in front. Disconnect spark plug wire from spark plug, dry inside, put some dielectric gel and connect wire back.
3. Check water in air box. SV's sucks water in.
