Recommend redline, good guys. Plenty of positive reviews plus they are a GTAM site sponsor.

Do they handle court trails up in Bracebridge though?

HELP does Bracebridge yeah, and I speak from experience. Not sure if I'd use them again though. I guess if it's a long way to go for you it might be worth it. For me, when all was said and done I only saved $50 over just paying the whole ticket, (it was a biggie!) and I would rather have just gone to court, if only to have the story to tell.

Which road was your infraction on, if you don't mind me asking.

Southwood 13 , I got charged with 154 (1) (a), quoted from the ticket: "Fail to drive in marked lane". Of course the HTA wording makes it alot easier to fight. Being that there was no outside line for my bike and me to cross over.

I could maybe throw in I knew it was clear and felt it was safe to head off the road, I just really had to take a piss you know.

Ive used HELP before .. Paul is the owner. It used to be called POINTS .. but he changed the name of it.

Hes helped out myself and one other person with some tickets .. good guy.
He be worth checking in too if your tickets are up north .. since he has an office in Lindsay and Peterborough.

Make sure they FIGHT the ticket and not just plea down the charge... dunno how that would happen with your charge. That's the beauty of Red Line. They will take it to trial, not bargain down to a lesser charge.

I've used them (Jack Sturch, former JP), and while I had to be fairly adamant about not wanting a plea, he handled the case very well and obviously demonstrated good system-playing skills. I'd consider working with'em again.

Dont know if Redline does Bracebridge however I know they do Peterborough. I was talking to Forch last night trying to set up a meeting with John. During that conversation he told me that John has a motion in Whitby next week in the morning then another in Peterborough in the afternoon. Might be worth a call?
