waste of time and money, just buy a respro foggy mask and you'll never need any of that stuff, about $25 bucks at topendz or riderschoice

Perhaps this topic is a repeat, but I found this on the web and may be of interest to some forum members:
As seen at www.webbikeworld.com http://www.fogtech.ca/sample.htm
Might be worth a try. I ordered the trial pack and will post a review here when I get it.
Also, Canadian Tire has some inexpensive visor anti-fogging stuff from iTech (hockey gear maker) for $4.99 for a bottle. I tried it this morning and it seems to help.
And for the CBOC club, there is dish soap or shaving cream...

Foggy is awesome, never have to worry about applying or reapplying. I just keep it in my jacket and pop it in when needed. Also keeps my glasses from fogging up
The Foggy's velcro patch moved, and left a big sticky spot in my helmet.
And it makes it really tough to get the helmet off.
It does work though...

The most common problem with motorcycles is the nut that connects the handlebars to the saddle.
Have tried other masks, "Respro Foggy mask" seems to work the best IMHO.
Just a note, CycleWorld looked at me like I was crazy when I asked for one.
I have a modular helmet, so I think the "froggy" mask idea won't work for me -- I don't think it's compatible with a flip-up style, otherwise I would get one.
Get a Ski Mask then..
its like a foggy mask, but for skiing.. Works just as good, same material, quality, and u can up it for flip helmet or half lid.
I believe any big sporting store has it, IE Sport Check, National sports etc

Now i just spit on my mask before a ride

My shark rsr has a "foggy" type accessory for it. I finally installed it today and it works great. No more fogging for me.
+1 to breath guard
anyone can hurt a fighter not everyone will get a chance to excuse
I have the Foggy Respro and it works well, but the velcro patch on the inside of the helmet comes loose after pulling the Foggy on and off hundreds of times. If the seal isn't right, you have to stop, get off the bike, take the helmet off and readjust the foggy. Also, I don't like the feel of it pressing against my nose and mouth. (Plus it gets pretty rank after a while if you have a constant runny nose and bad breath like me )
I also have this, it works perfectly and I like it much better:
