Anybody know if there is anything else left at Mcbride, I know there was one CRF450 there, probably gone by you never know. Let me know.

The shop is closed for those who don't know yet - totally empty and shut down. I picked up a few items there for my old BMW, and got a vintage BMW framed print from the showroom, and scored a set of Metzlers for a friend's KZ1300 for $110 (for the pair taxes in).

I would like to share an honest story. A few years ago I went to McBride Cycle and found a certain two year old motor scooter for my woman. I looked online from their website, spoke to the sales representative about the late model vehicle, seriously, went to purchase the vehicle. Yes, I obviously have the cash, and after going and looking at the vehicle, find out that the price was $800 different from their actual sales price. Asked to speak to the store manager, got the owner, who said look this is the revised price, I do not care what our website is listing it for, this is what I want, take it or leave it. I even brought to his attention that this is false advertising and his response was, "Sue me." Lo and behold I left it. I truly felt that false advertising was fully played here. By the way, the listed website price was fair and not that low to start with. He deserves to lose out.

However, Pat in service is a really nice guy.
    Thanks for the props

Met Patrick in Rockwood last season when i was having problems with the bike.
Patrick was nowhere near me but heard my bike making really funny noises, over revving and banging.
Came over to help me out and solved my problems,no charge.
    Thank you again Patrick.
Hope you are doing well, whever you are.
    Really nice guy.

Sometimes I go about in pity for myself, and all the while a great wind is bearing me across the sky.
