Supermoto bar end sliders?

Anyone have any suggestions for bar end sliders? These are from Motostrano, but Id really like to avoid having to order them online...

Want something small like this, my search through the usual local catalogs only give me long ones designed for sport bikes...

Get some delrin round stock and make some? you seem handy with making other tools and stuff...
I don't actually use bar end sliders. handguards are good enough but I'm sure you want to minimize possible scratching

Thanks I just put in an order from wheelingcyclesupply....

And yeah the hand guards do have plastic sliders on the sides, but I want to prevent the ends where the bolt goes in from getting rashed also...
