Lol well there are obviously limitations, depending on how much body fat they had at the start of it.

I think the ligament just supports it from dropping down.
the vessels for a penis that make it erect, continue for approximately another 14" from the pubic bone I think. It's these vessels that give it the rigidity to perform and would prevent it from goin back in against resistance. Plus, there are a few more ligaments attached.
