With employment laws the way they are I'm lucky if I don't get sued for the littlest thing. You have to be very careful and make a paper trail of everything.

Naw I always find them doing something wrong and use it to get rid of them. Only had 1 maybe 2 honest employees so far. Fired over 10 in 4 months. Lots of scum out there.

You should fire your HR department for staffing all those individuals (or at the very least question their ability to judge character).

I am the HR department, unfortunately, when all the people you hire are for minimum wage and in the line of business I am in there is high rate of dumbasses and theft.

I keep tight controls and catch it very fast.
