This motorcycle is simply too goddamn fast to ride at speed in any kind of normal road traffic unless you're ready to go straight down the centerline with your nuts on fire and a silent scream in your throat.
I don't know jack about Russia Today, but agree with you that North Americans are the most spineless people I've ever heard of in my life, bending to the will of any authority imaginable, and too lazy/stupid to care about issues that don't immediately affect them.
