Take it to a Teds or somewhere else like canadiantire. If the light can be seen, and it is the correct colour (ie: yellow for turn signal, red for brake) not something like purple/blue etc as that is not legal.

hello all new to the site, just completed my m2 with learning curves great course! Got me an 02 zx7r
so, i'm trying to get a safety on my bike. I called cycle world super store and they said that my flush mounts and integrated tail light doesn't pass safety- I looked at the mto site and it doesn't say anything about this, just says they have to work if equipped. does anyone know if flushmounts and integrated are illegal?
Cheers

Canadian tire will pass any bike. No joke, the passed my bike with cracked sidewalls on the tire..
Not to mention they needed me to turn it on..
thanks guys- yeah I thought it was a bit extreme- the lights are the right colors and blink at proper speed.
Turn signals need to be a certain space apart.
Technically your flushmonts and integrated rear light do not pass.
But yea Canadian tire.

I believe your front turn signals are to be seen from the front from a certain distance which most flush mounts you can't see from the front. (Keep that in mind if you install them.)
And as mentioned the intergrated rears are supposed t be a certain distance apart in which they aren't.
But alot of places will still pass it with those things installed.

Here's a few more opinions of Cycleworld Superstore. I wouldn't put it past them to try and sell you a new set of flushmounts etc..
