Haven't tried it personally but I've heard of people doing that and it sounds like a good idea. I'll give it a shot. I've also heard it works well on shower stalls and tub tiles.

has any of you guys tried using Rain X or Rain away on your visors ? i used it on my car a lot and it works great. Not that i ride on rain all he time.

Done it on 3 or 4 genuine Shoei visors. Both Rain X on the outside and Rain X anti fog on the inside. No problems. the Rain X instructions say that it might cloud up some plastics, but it was fine.

Works good, but it removed the antifog coating that comes on the inside of Scorpion visors.
Next time I will be sure to only put it outside.
