    Two hurt after motorcycle hits pedestrian
    CAMBRIDGE — Waterloo Regional Police traffic officers are investigating an accident that injured two people near the intersection of Main Street and Franklin Boulevard. At about 7:40 p.m. on Sunday, a motorcycle left the roadway and struck a pedestrian. An air ambulance was called to the scene after both the pedestrian and the driver of the motorcycle suffered undetermined injuries.

    CAMBRIDGE — A Flamborough teenager was airlifted to hospital in Hamilton after she was hit by an out of control motorcycle Sunday.
    About 7:30 p.m., a green Kawasaki 600 motorcycle was westbound on Main Street, driven by a Cambridge woman, age 34. While turning left onto Franklin Boulevard, the motorcycle went onto the southwest sidewalk, over an embankment and into the parking lot of the A&W restaurant.     That’s where the woman, age 19, was struck. She was taken by ambulance to hospital in Cambridge, then flown to a critical care hospital.
    The motorcyclist was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
