Hi. My name is Mo. I just traded in my scooter for a 2011 Suzuki TU250x that I am learning to ride. I'm looking for some female mentors in my area, as I have so much to learn. I am signed up for the weekend M2 motorcycle safety course at Fanshawe College in May, even though I already have my M2 (obtained on my scooter, which was a 172 cc scooter that maxed out at 140 kms/hr, so they let me do the regular M2 with the big boys and girls on their Harleys!). In the one day that I've had my bike, I have found it to be a little scary, but I'm hoping that with practice, it will be second nature to me. At least I can get it into first! This is a great forum, that I knew about from my husband, who learned to ride last year, and has a Kawasaki 650 Versys. Lots of great advice on this site. Am already grateful and look forward to learning lots/sharing lots with you.
