Only see half of the pictures. Why?

When I'm in a thread, I'm only able to see half of the picture. Why is this?

I can only parts.

This forum is great for content, but the design isn't completely thought through.

Is there a way to fix it or a settings change I need to make?

I'm having the same issue, I just right click and open the picture in a new tab.

Shouldn't have to open it in a new window though.

Never have this on other forums...
