Hey guys, I just wanted to introduce myself. Just got my M2 last weekend and I bought an 09 ninja zx6r as my first bike.. Yes.....ZX6r as my first bike. The bike is truly amazing and im very satisfied with it.
I have a noob question for you guys. When I was doing an oil change, I notice 2 small tubes near the drain plug. Anyone know what it is??
Also I dont know if anyone got this problem but when I put 3.2liters of oil in, the oil sight glass is empty. Should I put more in until I see it??

Usually a water drain for the air box and gas overflow
The bike has to be upright for the sight galss to display the correct oil level, if you have it on the sidestand it will look empty. Put it on a paddock stand, or prop something under the sidestand and then read it.Originally Posted by Tai99

Also may look low if it's on a spool type stand. Perfectly flat and sometimes it helps to get someone else to hold the bike up straight.
