Fun times on cold tires and pavement.

Enjoy my misfortune and misery, because less face it...this **** is funny when it isn't you. Ride extra careful on cold tires and cold pavement kids.

    Now, time to get drunk!

good to hear your alright and wearing gear. Little bit of fiberglass and some spray paint goes a long ways. She wont be as pretty, but thats why the CBR is a nice BBQ black, got a bit ambitious sliding the backend around at the track one day.

If you are looking for pro paint, portugal auto body in breslau does a good job at a reasonable price.

Thanks for the tip. I'll look them up. The plastics are fixable and can get repainted later down the line.

For plastic repair/paint .. talk to Les "cheekeebandito" .. he can do them up back to OEM.

But wait till near the end of the season now.

I had a second set of panels for the Givi bags and sanded down the scuffs so it doesn't look as bad. I think your right about waiting till the end of the season. I'm going to Deals Gap in May so there's still time to do more damage

my shed turns into a paint shop in the winter, if you still need a place to paint by then, give me a shout. I'm way too cheap to do pro repaints on (what is mostly) a track bike. Most of my plastics have been banged up pretty good, lots of fiberglass and bondo. you get good at it after a while, and its cheap.

sure, sure, blame the cold tires? I'd say your neighbours we're out to get you and greased the street, or maybe a banana peel or something.

At least you were able to avoid the "walk of shame" back to your driveway, and ride it back.

And hey, at least the kids were happy to see you back so quick!

I wish I had a better answer. I'm going to say an invisible clothes line took me out.
